Aliza Theis graduated with an A.B. in American History and Literature. At Harvard, Aliza led a chapter of Peer Health Exchange, teaching health workshops in local Boston schools. During the summers she worked for a local Ecuadorian NGO, implementing sexual health curriculum; interned with the Chilean Department of Education; and participated in Uncommon Schools' Summer Teaching Fellowship. Aliza is thrilled to be part of the founding cohort of Harvard Teacher Fellows and to return to Uncommon Charter High School to teach English.
